It's rhubarb season! Add a bag of chopped rhubarb to your order so you can make rhubarb muffins, crisp, sauce or jam etc
*each bag contains 2 cups
Simple 🍓 rhubarb jam recipe:
- 3 cups chopped rhubarb
- 3 cups chopped strawberries
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
Bring rhubarb, strawberries, and honey to a boil over medium to high heat
Reduce to medium and simmer for 5 mins
Then mash chunks with a fork
When Strawberries and rhubarb are broken down and sauce like add the chia seeds
Reduce heat to low and simmer uncovered for 20 mins
Let the jam cool and then put in containers!
- you can can the jam to last a while or put it in the fridge for up to 2 weeks!
